Healthy living is a hell of a lot more than just eating healthy, it’s about living your life. I’ve been doing a lot of that lately and thought I’d share a few snaps from my year so far.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for your health is to just stop obsessing and over thinking every little thing.
For me, the best way to do that, is to get outside and reflect on how beautiful the world can be and how blessed I am to live my life and to have the people in my life that I do.
Although I am a very active person one of my big goals this year is to get outside more often. It’s hard to be down on yourself and your life when your surrounded by such beauty!
